Terms of Service

1. Overview
This website is operated by [your full name], trading as Masky, an individual entrepreneur (EI) registered in France under SIRET [number]. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Masky. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Online store terms
You must be at least the age of majority in your country, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products and prices
We make every effort to show product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will display them exactly. Prices are in euros. VAT is not applicable, under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). We may change prices at any time, but the price charged is the one shown when you place your order.

4. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error, stock issue or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, you will be fully refunded.

5. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

6. Third-party services
Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. We never store your full card details.

7. Intellectual property
All content on this site (logo, images, texts, designs) belongs to Masky or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Masky is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version that applies to an order is the one published on the date of that order.
